公立医院改革对军队中小医院的影响及对策

通过随驻地城市参与公立医院改革试点4年的实践,总结医院面临医改的挑战及自身建设存在的问题,提出以下对策：从宏观上对军队医疗资源进行调整与配属,结合岗位需求对管理人员进行灵活调配使用,集合力尽快催生学科特色技术优势,健全并推开以绩效评价为核心的管理机制,以更好适应医改,促进军队医院持续建设发展。

Influences of Public Hospitals Reform on the Development of Military Hospitals

Based on the practice of four-years participating in public hospitals reform,the challenges were discussed of the military hospital to participate the reform,and then the countermeasures were proposed as following：Adjusting the military medical resources allocation,making full use of the human resources,promoting the disciplines development,establishing performance evaluation management,thus to promote the development of military hospitals.
