成年鼠穹隆海马伞损伤后基底前脑小白蛋白的变化

摘    要:目的 :探讨痴呆模型鼠基底前脑含小白蛋白 (parvalbumin ,PV)神经元的变化。方法 :切断老年SD大鼠左侧穹窿海马伞 (fimbria fornix ,FF) ,用免疫组化结合图像分析技术 ,观察大鼠基底前脑PV阳性神经元数目及形态学的变化情况。结果 :穹窿海马伞切断 1个月后 ,损伤组损伤侧内侧隔核 (medialseptum ,MS)和斜角带核(verticaldiagonalband ,VDB)的PV阳性神经元大量减少 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,分别减少 5 8.4 %和 36 .8%。细胞形态学参数改变明显 (P <0 .0 1) ,细胞膜受体含量显著减低 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :痴呆模型鼠基底前脑含小白蛋白神经元也逆行性溃变。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the change of the number and the morphology of Parvalbumin(PV)-containing neurons of basal forebrain in AD model rats with unilateral fimbria-fornix(FF) transection. Methods: The number and the morphology of basal forebrain PV positive neurons were analyzed using immunohistochemistry combined with technique of micromeasure and image analysis. Results:One month After FF lesion, the percentages of PV positive neurons at the lesion side to the intact side of MS and VDB were decreased significantly(P<0.05),to 58.4% and 36 8%. respectively. Moreover, the morphological data of the cell in MS/DVB were also significantly decreased (P<0.01). Conclusion:The finding indicated that PV-containing neurons of basal forebrain in AD model rats with unilateral FF transection also as shrank and/or lost as Cholinergic neurons.
