脑出血并发应激性溃疡的护理

目的探讨脑出血病并发应激性溃疡的护理措施。方法对76例脑出血患者中并发应激性溃疡44例做了护理总结。结果44例中显效24例，有效16例，无效4例，总有效率90．9％。无效的4例为食道胃底静脉曲张破裂出血．经用洛赛克延长疗程，均于8d内出血停止，无一例因上消化道大出血而直接引起死亡。结论应激性溃疡是脑出血常见的并发症，通过对应激性溃疡的患者采取的一系列护理措施减少了其他并发症的发生，提高了患者的生存率，降低了死亡率。

Nursing Care of Cerebral Hemorrhage Complicating Stress Ulcer

Objective To investigate the nursing interventions of cerebral hemorrhage complicating stress ulcer. Methods Nursing interventions for 44 cerebral hemorrhage complicating stress ulcer from 77 cerebral hemorrhage cases were summed up. Results Of all 44 cerebral hemorrhage complicating siress ulcer, 24 were excellent, 16 effective, and another 4 ineffective, with a total effective rate for 90.9%. The ineffective cases were presented with hemorrhage caused by rupture of esophageal and gastric varices, in the absence of hemorrhage within 8 days following administration of losec and duration prolong, and none of them died of massive upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage directly. Conclusion Stress ulcer is the common complication of cerebral hemorrhage. A series of nursing interventions were carried out in stress ulcer patients, reducing the occurrence of other complications and raising the survival of patients as well as decreasing their mortality.
