| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术的优越性。方法对191例腹腔镜胆囊切除手术资料进行分析。结果全组191例均顺利完成手术，手术时间45-120min，平均70min，无中转开腹及死亡病例。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除手术治疗胆囊结石和胆囊息肉疾病有创伤小、痛苦轻、时间短、失血少、恢复快等优点，应在基础医院大力提倡和推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the superiority of laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods Data from 191 cases receiving laparoscopic cholecystectomy were analyzed. Results All 191 cases underwent smooth surgery, with an operative duration of 45-120min, 70min in average, in the absence of open surgery transforming and dead case. Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy for cholecystolithiasis and cystic polyp has many advantages such as being mini-invasive, less pain, shorter duration, less blood loss and rapid recovery, deserving advocating and generalizing in basic hospital. |
