异位妊娠180例超声诊断分析

目的旨在进一步探讨异位妊娠病理基础关系以及如何提高超声对宫外孕的早期鉴别诊断的临床价值。方法将本院超声诊断或拟诊异位妊娠180例进行分析，根据超声声像图特征将异位妊娠分为四型，本组180例患者均有详细的术前及术后资料和病理结果，同时讨论了异位妊娠的病因、病理与临床意义，分析了异位妊娠假阳性的主要原因。结果术前180例宫外孕患者的超声正确诊断率为85％。结论超声对异位妊娠的诊断与鉴别诊断有较重要的临床价值；异位妊娠的超声显像分型为异位妊娠手术方案提供了重要依据，异位妊娠的发生与各种下腹部手术、宫内节育器药物流产的给药时问及各种原因感染有关。

Analysis on Ultrasonic Diagnosis of 180 Cases of Ectopic Pregnancy

Objective To further investigate the pathological base of the ectopic pregnancy and how to raise the clinical value of the ultrasound for the differential diagnosis of it. Methods A total of 180 established or suspected by ultrasonic diagnosis were analyzed in our hospital. According to the characteristics of the ultrasonic sonogram the ectopic pregnancy was classified into four types. All of 180 subjects had detailed pre- and post-operative data and pathological findings. The etiology, pathology and clinical significance of the ectopic pregnancy were addressed. The leading causes of false-positive ectopic pregnancy were analyzed. Results The preoperative accurate rate of the ultrasonica diagnosis for the ectopic pregnancy was 85%. Conclusion Ultrasound possesses the slightly important value in diagnosing and differential diagnosing the ectopic pregnancy. The sonogram grouping of the ectopic pregnancy provides the major basis for the surgical protocol for it. The occurrence of the ectopic pregnancy is associated with the varying hypogastric operations, intrauterine contraceptive device placement, administered duration of the drugs used for abortion and all-cause infections.
