院前急救护理管理的探讨

院前急救是急救医疗服务系统的一个极重要的环节。它应具备现场急救的能力，必须配备的设备并能安全地将病员转送到恰当的医院进行治疗。随着我国急救事业的发展，急诊医学中的院前急救将得到越来越高的重视。我院于1997年4月正式开通“120”急救电话并成立绿色通道，专门负责我市院前急救的任务。随着社会各界人群急救意识的增强和急救管理体制的不断完善，我院从1997年的180例次猛增至2005年的6976例次，随着业务量的增加，院前急救的护理管理也就显得更为重要。

Investigation into Nursing Management in Pre-hospital Care

Pre-hospital care is one of vital links in first-aid medical service system. It should offer in-site rescue, and be equipped with devices used for safely transferring the patients to appropriate hospital for therapy. With the development of the first-aid undertakings in our country, increasing attention is paid to pre-hospital care in emergency medicine. Our hospital opened 120 ambulance call and established green channel on April 1997 responsible for tasks of pre-hospital care in our city. With an increase in first-aid awareness of the people of all circles and constant improvement in first-aid management system, the rescuing rate was increased from 180 in 1997 to 6976 in 2005. Pre-hospital nursing management is prominent as business volume increases.
