| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨微创经皮肾穿术（MPCNL）刺治疗上尿路结石的护理以提高护理质量。方法 对84例MPCNL肾穿刺治疗上尿路结石患者采用有针对性的心理护理、术前准备、术后病情观察及并发症的防治等方法。结果 全组患者通过护理干预，术后恢复快，未出现严重的并发症。结论 B超引导下MPCNL取石术是新开展的治疗上尿路结石的微创手术，做好充分术前准备，术后生命体征观察，留置管道及并发症的护理是手术成功的保证。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the nursing care in upper urinary calculi receiving B-ultrasound guided mini-percutaneous nephrolithotomy, and to raise the quality of nursing care. Methods Mental nursing, preoperative preparations, postoperative observation, and complication prevention and therapy were performed on 84 cases suffering from upper urinary calculi treated with mini-percutaneous nephrolithotomy. Results All cases had rapid postoperative recovery in the absence of severe complications. Conclusion B-ultrasound-guided mini-percutaneous nephrolithotomy is a new-developed non-invasive procedure for the treatment of upper urinary calculi. And full preoperative preparations, and postoperative observation of vital signs as well as catheterization and complication nursing can ensure the successful operation. |
