单侧多功能外固定支架治疗四肢长骨骨不连

目的探讨外固定支架治疗四肢长骨骨不连的疗效。方法对1998—2005年应用外固定支架和自体髂骨植骨治疗四肢长骨骨不连36例，术后早期功能锻炼，适时对外固定支架加压调节或动力化。定期复查，达到临床愈合标准拆除支架。结果全组患者随访8-25mo，平均14mo。平均愈合时间6．5mo，无1例发生血管、神经损伤，骨折无畸形愈合，关节功能恢复良好，无骨质疏松。结论外固定支架具有操作易行，固定可靠，不干扰血供与植骨等优点，是治疗四肢长骨骨不连的有效方法之一。

Unilateral Multi-functional External Fixation Frame Used for the Treatment of Long Bone Nonunion in Extremities

Objective To investigate the efficacy of external fir, ation frame used for treating long bone nonunion in extremities. Methods Thirty-six cases of long bone nonunion in extremities were treated with external fixation frame and bone graft with autogeneic ilium from 1998 through 2005, and early functional exercise postoperatively. The external fixation frame was regulated by compression and motorization when appropriate, with periodic checkup, and the frame was removed once the clinical curative criteria were met. Results All 36 cases were followed up for 8 to 25mo with a mean of 14too. The average healing time was 6.5mo, in the absence of vessel and nerve injuries, and deformed healing. The joint function of them restored favorably with osteoporosis. Conclusion External fixation frame, characterized by its simplicity of operation and reliability of fixation without intervening blood supply and bone graft, presents to be an effective method for treating long bone nonunion in extremities.
