| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨病人自控镇痛 (PCIA)在前列腺摘除术后的镇痛效果及并发症。方法 :84例前列腺增生患者随机分为两组。A组为对照组 (n =4 2 ) ,未做术后镇痛。B组为PCIA组 (n =4 2 ) ,PCIA持续给药72h并记录 72h内膀胱痉挛次数、痉挛持续时间 ,术后膀胱冲洗时间 ,肛门排气时间和不良反应 ,并每 4h记录血压 (BP)及心率 (HR)。结果 :B组膀胱痉挛次数、痉挛持续时间及发生率均低于A组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :PCIA用于前列腺摘除术后的患者可起到良好的镇痛效果

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effects of PCIA on post-prostatectomical patients and its complication.Methods:84 patients who underwent prostatectomy were divided into two groups randomly.Group A(n=42) was the control group without post-operation analgesia.Group B(n=42) was the managed group with PCIA being given 72h consecutively.In 72h,such index as the number of bladder spasm onset and spasm persisting time,post operation bladder washing time,anus outga time,side effects were recorded.BP and HR were also recorded every 4 hours.Results:In group B,the incidence of bladder spasm onset and the spasm persisting time were significantly lower than of group A(P<0.05).Conclusions:PCIA may play an effective analgasic role in the patients of post prostatectomy. |
