| 摘 要： | 目的检测乳腺癌组织中趋化因子受体4(CXCR4)的表达情况,分析其与乳腺癌各临床病理学指标之间的关系,探讨CXCR4的临床意义。方法运用免疫组织化学的方法,检测了乳腺癌组织中CXCR4的表达情况。结果 CXCR4在乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达率为26.0%。乳腺癌CXCR4的表达水平与患者肿瘤的大小、组织学类型、ER、PR、Her-2/neu表达、淋巴结转移等密切相关(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌细胞表达CXCR4可能与乳腺癌恶性生物学行为相关。CXCR4是乳腺癌诊断和治疗的分子靶点,检测CXCR4可望用于评估乳腺癌患者预后。

| Abstract: | Objective To detect the expression of CXCR4 in breast cancer,and analyze its relationship with targets of clinical pathology about breast cancer,in order to investigate the clinical significance of CXCR4.Methods Maked use of the immunohistochemical method to detect the expression of CXCR4 in breast cancer.Results The masccline rate of CXCR4 in breast cancer was 26.0%.The expression of CXCR4 in breast cancer had some relationship with the size of the tumor,the histology type,the expression of ER,PR and Her-2/neu and lymph nodemetastasis（P0.05） .Conclusion The expression of CXCR4 in breast cancer cell may has some relationship with malignant biological behavior of breast cancer.CXCR4 is a thrilling molecule target of the diagnosis and therapeutics of breast cancer,the detection of CXCR4 can be hope to be used to evaluate the prognosis of the patient with breast cancer. |
