摘    要:目的调查2007-2010年奉贤区<5岁儿童的死亡情况并探讨干预措施。方法以2007-2010奉贤区各医疗机构上报的<5岁儿童死亡报告案例为基本资料,分析<5岁儿童死亡情况。结果 2007-2010年活产数为25931例,<5岁儿童死亡190例(7.33‰),其中婴儿死亡116例(61.1%),1~4岁儿童死亡74例(38.9%)。婴儿死亡率为4.47‰高于1~4岁儿童的2.86‰,本地户籍儿童死亡率为4.07‰低于外地户籍的9.16‰,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05和P<0.01)。前5位死因为:溺水、意外窒息、新生儿窒息、早产儿及足月小样儿、猝死。结论采用多种措施是降低<5岁儿童死亡率的主要策略。

Abstract:Objective To understand the mortality situation of children under 5 years old in Fengxian district during 2007-2010 and explore the intervention measures. Methods Based on the death reported cases of children under 5 years old from various medical organizations in Fengxian district during 2007-2010,the mortality situation of children under 5 years old was analyzed. Results The number of live birth was 25931, and 190 cases (7.33%o)were dead among children under 5 years old,in which 116 cases(61.1% ) were infants,and 74 cases(38.9% ) were children between 1-4 years old. The mortality rate of infant was 4.47%0 higher than 2.85%0 of children between 1 ~ 4 years old, while the mortality rate of native children was 4.07‰ lower than 9.16‰ of out-of-town children, and all the differences above was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0. 01 ). The first 5 causes of death were drowning, accidental asphyxia, asphyxia of newborn, premature and low birth weight infant, and sudden death. Conclusion Utilizing various measures is the main strategy to reduce the mortality of children under 5 years old.
