妊娠期高血压综合征孕妇甲胎蛋白水平与妊娠结局的相关性分析

目的探讨妊娠期高血压综合征（PIH）孕妇血清甲胎蛋白（AFP）水平与妊娠结局的相关性。方法采用放射免疫法测定118例妊娠中期PIH孕妇的血清AFP值,根据其AFP值分为观察组（≥250μg/L）54例和对照组（〈250μg/L）64例,并随访至分娩,比较2组孕妇早产、胎盘早剥的发生情况及分娩方式。结果观察组早产、胎盘早剥的发生率及剖宫产率明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 PIH孕妇血清AFP值异常升高与早产、胎盘早剥及分娩方式有相关性,产前监测孕妇血清AFP值有一定的临床意义。

The relevance analysis of the level of alpha-fetoprotein associated with pregnancy outcome in maternal with pregnancy induced hypertension

Objective To discuss the relevance of the level of alpha-fetoprotein（AFP） associated with pregnancy outcome in maternal with pregnancy induced hypertension（PIH） .Methods 118 cases pregnant women with PIH determined serum AFP value by radioimmunoassay,according the AFP value,all pregnant women were divided into observation group（≥250μg/L,54 cases） and control group（250μg/L,64 cases） .Compared premature birth,the incidence of placental abruption and mode of delivery of two groups. Results The incidence ratr of preterm delivery,placental abruption and cesarean section of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group（P0.05） .Conclusion The abnormal elevation of maternal serum AFP value of pregnant women with PIH is relativity between premature delivery,placental abruption,and delivery methods,prenatal maternal serum AFP value have some clinical significance.
