新生儿先天性心脏病筛查的必要性探讨

目的探讨新生儿先天性心脏病筛查的必要性及其价值。方法 6215例足月新生儿采用彩色多普勒超声（彩超）技术检测心脏四腔观、心脏各腔血流,将产后B型超声诊断为先天性心脏病的新生儿与其产前B型超声结果进行比较分析。结果新生儿先天性心脏病318例,其中房间隔缺损（房缺）236例、室间隔缺损（室缺）57例、房缺并发室缺16例、完全性心内膜垫缺损合并房缺6例、法乐四联征合并主动脉瓣少量返流3例。漏诊290例,漏诊率91.19%。无误诊。结论彩超筛查新生儿先天性心脏病在先天性心脏病的诊断和治疗中具有重要临床价值。

The necessity investigation of neonatal screening of congenital heart disease

Objective To discuss the necessity and value of neonatal screening of congenital heart disease.Methods 6215 cases full-term neonatal by color doppler ultrasound（ultrasonography） detected cardiac four-chamber view,the heart of the cavity flow,the post-natal diagnosis of B-mode ultrasound with congenital heart disease in neonates results of prenatal ultrasound.Results 318 cases neonatal of congenital heart disease,including atrial septal defect（ASD） 236 cases,ventricular septal defect（VSD） 57 cases,atrial septal defect complicated with ventricular septal defect 16 cases,complete endocardial cushion defect with atrial septal defect 6 cases,Music quadruple levy a small amount of aortic valve regurgitation 3 cases.290 cases neonatal missed diagnosis,missed diagnosis rate was 91.19%.No misdiagnosis.Conclusion Application of ultrasonography screening of neonatal with congenital heart disease in the diagnosis and treatment of congenital heart disease,has important clinical value.
