护理干预对恶性肿瘤放疗患者焦虑与抑郁的影响

目的观察护理干预对住院恶性肿瘤放疗患者焦虑与抑郁障碍的治疗作用。方法将70例住院恶性肿瘤放疗患者随机分为干预组和对照组,各35例。对照组给予常规治疗护理,干预组在此基础上给予全面系统的护理干预。患者于入院后放疗前及治疗4周后,分别进行焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分检测。干预后比较2组SAS和SDS评分。结果治疗后2组SAS及SDS评分与治疗前比较均下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后干预组SAS及SDS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预明显改善恶性肿瘤放疗患者焦虑与抑郁障碍。

Influence of nursing intervention on anxiety and depression in patient with therioma receiving radiotherapy

Objective To observe the nursing intervention on anxiety and depression in patient with therioma receiving radiotherapy.Methods 70 cases patient with therioma receiving radiotherapy were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,each of 35 cases.Control group received routine treatment and care;On this basis,intervention group were given a comprehensive and systematic nursing intervention.After radiotherapy and 4 weeks after treatment,patients of 2 groups of self-rating anxiety scale（SAS） and self-rating depression scale（SDS） scores were checked,and compared the SAS and SOS scores of 2 groups.Results After treatment,the SAS and SDS scores of 2 groups were decreased,the difference were statistically significant（P0.05）;After treatment,the SDS and SAS scores of intervention group were lower than that of control group,the difference were statistically significance（P0.05） .Conclusion Nursing intervention can improve anxiety and depression of patient with therioma receiving radiotherapy.
