阴式子宫切除术及腹式子宫切除术效果对比观察

目的观察比较阴式子宫切除术及腹式子宫切除术的临床效果。方法将该院子宫疾病患者68例随机分为观察组和对照组,各34例。观察组行阴式子宫切除术,对照组行腹式子宫切除术,评估2组治疗效果。结果观察组手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量明显少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后排气时间、住院时间、下床活动时间、拔尿管时间均短于对照组,术后镇痛率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阴式子宫切除术的临床效果优于腹式子宫切除术,值得临床应用。

Observation on effect of transvaginal hysterectomy and vaginal hysterectomy

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of transvaginal hysterectomy and vaginal hysterectomy.Methods 68 cases patients with disease of uterus were divided into the observation group and the control group,each of 34 cases.The control group received the transvaginal hysterectomy,and the observation group received the vaginal hysterectomy,assessed the effect of 2 groups.Results The operative time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,amount of bleeding was less than that of the control group,the difference were statistically significant（P0.05） .The evacuating time after operational,hospital day,out-of-bed activity time and time of plucking the urinary catheter in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the relieving pain rate was fewer than that in the control group,there were significant difference（P0.05） .Conclusion The effect of vaginal hysterectomy is superior to that of transvaginal hysterectomy.
