山莨菪碱联合灯盏花素治疗糖尿病足并下肢动脉硬化临床观察

目的观察山莨菪碱联合灯盏花素治疗糖尿病足并下肢动脉硬化的临床疗效。方法 103例患者随机分为治疗组59例和对照组44例。2组均给予基础治疗,在此基础上,对照组给予山莨菪碱,治疗组给予山莨菪碱联合灯盏花素。观察2组临床疗效和下肢血流动力学改变情况。结果治疗组临床疗效和下肢血流动力学改善情况均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01和P〈0.05）。结论山莨菪碱联合灯盏花素治疗糖尿病足并下肢动脉硬化优于单用山莨菪碱,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation of anisodamine combined with breviscapinun in the treatment of diabetic foot and lower limb arteriosclerosis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of anisodamine combined with breviscapinun in the treatment of diabetic foot and lower limb arteriosclerosis.Methods 103 cases were divided into treatment group of 59 and control group of 44.Both groups were given basical treatment,and basing on this,the control group was given anisodamine,while the treatment group was given anisodamine combined with breviscapinun.The clinical efficacy and the change situation of crural hemodynamicis of 2 groups were observed.Results The clinical efficacy and the change situation of crural hemo-dynamicis of the treatment group were respectively better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P 0.01,P 0.05）.Conclusion Anisodamine combined with breviscapinun has better efficacy on diabetic foot and lower limb arteriosclerosis than anisodamine alone,which is worth clinical popularizing and application.
