血栓通联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗肝硬化的疗效观察

目的探讨血栓通联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗肝硬化的临床效果。方法将肝硬化患者52例随机分为观察组和对照组,各26例。对照组给予综合治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予血栓通联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗,比较2组治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率为96.15%高于对照组的65.38%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。除对照组白蛋白(ALb)水平外,2组治疗后丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、总胆红素(TBIL)、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)及球蛋白(GLb)指标均优于治疗前(P<0.05);且观察组治疗后所有指标明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者均未见明显的药物不良反应。结论血栓通联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗肝硬化的临床效果明确,值得推广应用。

The effect observation of xueshantong combined with reduced glutathione reduced glutathione in cirrhosis

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of xueshantong combined with reduced glutathione in cirrhosis.Methods The 52 cases patients with cirrhosis were divided into the observation group and the control group,each of 26 cases.The control group received the normal treatment;On the basis of the control group,the observation group received xueshantong combined with reduced glutathione.Compared the effect of 2 groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group（96.15%） was higher than that of the control group（65.38%） ,there was significant difference（P0.05） .After treatment,except the ALb level of control group,the level of ALT,TBIL,AST and GLb of 2 groups improved（P0.05）;And the level of ALT,TBIL,AST,ALb and GLb of the observation group were better than those of the control group,there were significant difference（P0.05） .No obvious adverse drug reaction of 2 groups happened.Conclusion Xueshantong combined with reduced glutathione in cirrhosis has a nice effect.
