老年结肠癌并发肠梗阻患者围手术期护理干预的疗效分析

目的探讨老年结肠癌并发肠梗阻患者围手术期护理干预的疗效。方法选择本院2009年7月-2010年12月老年结肠癌合并肠梗阻患者42例作为治疗组,给予围手术期针对性的护理干预;将2008年1月-2009年6月老年结肠癌合并肠梗阻患者41例作为对照组,给予传统护理,比较2组术后并发症的发生情况。结果治疗组肺部感染、切口感染及下肢静脉血栓的发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组术后粘连性肠梗阻的发生率为7.14%,对照组为7.32%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对老年结肠癌并发肠梗阻患者,加强围手术期针对性的护理干预,预防可能的并发症,能有效促进患者康复。

Analysis of the effect of perioperative nursing intervention for the elderly patients of colon cancer complicated with intestinal obstruction

Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative nursing intervention for the elderly patients of colon cancer complicated with intestinal obstruction.Methods 42 elderly patients of colon cancer complicated with intestinal obstruction from July 2009 to December 2010 were as the treatment group.It received perioperative targeted nursing intervention.41 elderly patients with colon cancer complicated whih intestinal obstruction from January 2008 to June 2009 were as the control group at the same period.It received the traditional nurse.To compare the Postoperative complications in 2 groups.Results Lung infection,allowing the lower limbs infection and blood clots rate of the treatment group are below the control group,the diffrence are statistical significance（P 0.05） ;After the treatment of adhesive nature intestinal obstruction rate for 7.14% in treatment group,the control group is 7.32%,the diffrence are not statistical significance（P 0.05）.Conclusion Enhancing perioperative targeted nursing intervention and preventing the possible postoperative complication can effectively promote the rehabilitation of the elderly patients of colon cancer complicated with intestinal obstruction.
