聚乙二醇干扰素联合利巴韦林治疗慢性丙型肝炎疗效观察

目的观察聚乙二醇干扰素(PEG-IFNα-2a)联合利巴韦林治疗慢性丙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法将53例慢性丙型肝炎患者随机分为2组,试验组28例给予PEG-IFNα-2a和利巴韦林治疗,对照组25例给予普通干扰素和利巴韦林治疗,疗程均为48周。随访24周,比较2组病毒学及生化应答情况。结果与对照组相比,试验组患者病毒学应答率明显升高,治疗结束病毒学应答(ETVR)和持续病毒学应答(SVR)率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,2组肝功能均明显改善;疗程结束及随访24周时,试验组仍保持较高的生化应答率(P<0.05)。结论 PEG-IFNα-2a联合利巴韦林治疗慢性丙型肝炎具有良好的病毒应答和生化应答,疗效优于普通干扰素。

The effect observation of PEG-interferon combined with ribavirin in chronic hepatitis C

Objective To observe the clinical effect of PEG-IFNα-2a combined with ribavirin in chronic hepatitis C.Methods 53 cases patients with chronic hepatitis C were randomly divided into two groups,experimental group（28 cases） treated with PEG-IFNα-2a and ribavirin,control group（25 cases） treated with regular interferon and ribavirin.The total course of both groups were 48 weeks and followed up for 24 weeks.Observed the situation of virologic and biochemical response of 2 groups.Results Compared with control group,virologic response rate of experimental group were significantly higher,the rate of end of treatment virological response（ETVR） and sustained virological response（SVR） were statistically significant difference（P0.05） .Compared with before treatment,liver function of patients of 2 groups were significantly improved;The end of treatment and follow-up 24 weeks,experimental group remained higher biochemical response rate（P0.05） .Conclusion PEG-interferon combined with ribavirin in chronic hepatitis C has nice virological and biochemical response,the effect is better than regular interferon.
