| 摘 要： | 目的:观察巨刺法结合电针治疗原发性坐骨神经痛的临床疗效.方法:患侧取主穴环跳和所选配穴,施以电针30min,每日1次,10次1疗程.健侧取主穴环跳和相应配穴,施以巨刺法,行捻转提插各30s,2日1次,5次1疗程.结果:40例患者一般1～2个疗程治愈.治愈29人,占72.5%;好转10人,占25%;无效1人,占2.5%;总有效率97.5%.结论:巨刺法结合电针治疗原发性坐骨神经痛见效快,疗效显著.

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe therapeutic effect of primordial sciatica treated by ju-needling combined with electroacupuncture.Method:We elected the main acupoint GB 30 and the associate acupoints on the bad side,using electroacupuncture.We did it once a day.Ten times were once course.We electred the main acupoint GB 30 and the associate acupoints on the health side,using ju-needling therapy and reduction by deep or shallow insertion acutherapy.We did it once two days.Five times were one course.Result:The 40 cases usually were cured in 1-2 courses.29 cases were cured,accounting for 72.5%;10 cases were better,accounting for 25%;1 case was ineffective,accounting for 2.5%.The total effective rate was 97.5%.Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of primordial sciatica treated by ju-needing combined with electroacupuncture is very magnificent. |
