D-对羟基苯甘氨酸生产过程的高效毛细管电泳法分析

摘    要:建立了高效毛细管电泳法测定酶法反应体系中D-对羟基苯甘氨酸、DL-对羟基苯海因、N-氨甲酰基-D-对羟基苯甘氨酸的含量。采用未涂层石英毛细管柱,运行缓冲液为20mmol/L硼砂缓冲液(pH9.0),检测波长230nm。分离电压30kV,进样压力0.5psi,进样时间5s,采用苯酚为内标。三成分均在0.01%~0.1%范围内线性关系良好。

Abstract:A high performance capillary electrophoresis was established for the determination of D-p- hydroxyphenylglycine, DL-hydroxyphenylhydantoin and N-carbamoyl-D-p-hydroxyphenylglycine in the course of enzymatic production. An uncoated fused silica capillary column was used with the running buffer solution of 20mmol/L borate buffer solution(pH 9.0), at the detection wavelength of 230nm. The separation voltage was 30kV, with inject pressure of 0.5psi and inject time of 5s. Phenol was used as internal standard. The linear ranges of the three compounds were 0.01% - 0.1%.
