| 摘 要： | 目的观察诺为对缓解糖尿病性胃轻瘫症状和治疗胃排空延迟的疗效。方法治疗组:69例糖尿病性胃轻瘫患者服用诺为0.1 g,每日3次;对照组43例,口服胃复安5 mg,每日3次;疗程6周。结果治疗组症状改善总有效率为82.9%,对照组为60.8%,二者相比有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗前后的胃电图振幅、频率相比有统计学意义(P<0.01);对照组治疗前后的胃电图振幅相比有统计学意义(P<0.01),频率无统计学意义。结论诺为能明显地缓解糖尿病性胃轻瘫症状,可促进糖尿病性胃轻瘫的胃排空。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effects of benzamide on diabetic gastroparesis and gastric emptying delay.Methods 69 cases of diabetic gastroparesis in the treatment group were treated with 0.1g of benzamide,3 times a day and 43 cases in the contrast group were treated with 5 mg of metoclopramide,3 times a day,six weeksas a course of treatment in both groups.Results The total curative effects in the treatment group and the contrast group were 82.9% and 60.8% respectively(P<0.05).Significant differences in terms of electrogastraphy and frequency were found before and after treatment in the treatment group(P<0.01).The same results were got in the contrast group(P<0.01) except the frequency.Conclusion Benzamide can effectively relieve the symptoms of diabetic gastroparesis and can promote gastric emptying. |
