泌尿生殖道分离的930株支原体药敏结果分析

目的:了解由泌尿生殖道分离的930株支原体对12种抗生素的体外敏感性。方法:使用支原体培养、鉴别、计数、药敏试剂盒对泌尿生殖道支原体培养标本进行解脲支原体(UU)和人型支原体(MH)检测及药敏试验。结果:930株支原体,UU、UU合并MH感染、MH分离率分别为74.2%,22.8%,3.0%。UU对交沙霉素、环脂红霉素、克拉霉素和四环素类抗生素较为敏感;MH对强力霉素、美满霉素、甲砜霉素较为敏感;UU合并MH感染对交沙霉素、强力霉素较为敏感。结论:UU与MH有不同的耐药谱,UU和MH混合感染对抗生素的耐药性增强。

930 strains of mycoplasma isolated from urinary and genital tract and its resistance analysis

Objective:To investigate in vitro drug susceptibility of 930 Strains of mycoplasma isolated from urinary and genital tract to 12 kind of antibiotics.Methods:Kits for mycoplasma culture,identification and counting were used to separate ureaplasma urealyticum(UU) and mycoplasma hominis(MH) and the drug susceptibility tests were also performed with the kit.Results:Totally 930 strains of mycoplasma were isolated,the isolation rates of UU,UU mixed with MH,and MH were 74.2%,22.8%,3.0% separately.UU was more sensitive to Josamycin,Davercin,Clarithromycin and Tetracyclines.MH was more sensitive to Doxycycline,Minocycline and Thiamphenicol.UU mixed with MH was more sensitive to Josamycin and Doxycycline.Conclusion:The resistance status of UU differ from that of MH.Mixed infection of UU and MH is more resistant to antibiotics compared with simple infection.
