摘    要:目的:研究三角纤维软骨复合体的血供来源及内部血管构筑。方法:采用20侧成人上肢标本,经肱动脉插管灌注红色乳胶或灌注墨汁解剖观察三角纤维软骨复合体的动脉来源及血管分布。结果:三角纤维软骨复合体的血供主要来自骨间前动脉的掌侧支和背侧支。尺动脉、骨间背侧动脉及桡动脉为间接血供来源。三角纤维软骨复合体的周边约占20%区域(桡侧缘除外)有丰富血管分布,中心占80%区域无血管分布。结论:三角纤维软骨复合体周边(桡侧缘除外)血供丰富,损伤后愈合能力强,可采用修复术,中心区则反之。

Abstract:Objective:To study the extrinsic and internal blood supply of the triangular fibrocartilage complex(TFCC).Methods:On 20 upper limb specimens of adult human cadavers,red latex and black ink were injected through brachial arteries to record the extrinsic and internal blood supply of the TFCC.Results:The TFCC was supplied by the dorsal and palmar branches of the anterior interosseous artery.The ulnar artries,dorsal interosseous arteries,and a portion of the radial arteries contributed to it only indirectly.It was found that there was high vascularity in the peripheral radioulnar ligaments as well as in the peripheral 20% of the articular disk.No vessel was seen entering the articular disk from the radial attachment. Conclusion:The microvasculature pattern is very similar to that seen in the human meniscus.The peripheral 20% of the horizontal portion of the TFCC is well vascularized(excluding the radial insertion).The lesions of this part have the capacity to heal.However,the central 80% of the TFCC is avascular (including the radial insertion).The lesions of this part have not capacity to heal.
