| 摘 要： | 本文回顾分析经骨髓穿刺细胞学确诊的１１例恶性组织细胞病的临床及胸部Ｘ线平片表现。其结果为：临床表现为起病危重，高热，贫血，肝脾肿大，淋巴结肿大。Ｘ线表现为肺部呈大叶，小叶浸润，间质浸润，纵隔淋巴结肿大及胸膜病变。

| Abstract: | The clinical findings and chest film
appearences of 11 cases with malingnant histiocytosiscomfirmed by marrow biopsy were
analysed.The study showed the follow signs to be charactarized : acuteclinical duration, high
fever, anemia, hepatomegaly,splenomegaly and enlargemeng of lymphnode The Radio-logic
findings included pulmonary and interstitial infiltration lesions,enlargment of lymphatic glands in
medi-astinam and pleural changes. |
