摘    要:目的 建立保精颗粒中五味子醇甲的含量测定方法.方法 采用高效液相色谱法,Kromasil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水(45∶55),流速1.0 mL· min-1,检测波长250 nm.结果 方法学考察结果表明,五味子醇甲平均加样回收率为100.7%(RSD=1.3%,n=6).结论 该方法专属性强、重复性好,可作为保精颗粒的质量控制方法.

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for quantitative determination of schisandrin in baojing granule. Methods HPLC was used. The samples were separated on a kromasil C18 column(250mm×4.6mm, 5μm) with a mobile phase of acetonitrile and water(45:55v/v), pumped at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1 and detected at 250 nm. Results The result showed that the average recovery of schisandrin was 100.7%(RSD=l.3%, n=6). Conclusion The method has a good specificity and stability, which can be applied to the quality control of baojing granule.
