米索前列醇预防剖宫产产后出血疗效观察

目的观察米索前列醇预防剖宫产产后出血的临床疗效。方法将98例剖宫产产妇均分为2组,分别使用米索前列醇和缩宫素预防产后出血,观察2组产后出血情况。结果米索前列醇组2 h内和24 h内出血量均明显少于缩宫素组;产后出血率为2.0%,明显低于缩宫素组（10.2%）;第三产程时间（3.6±1.5）min,明显短于缩宫素组（6.0±2.2）min];不良反应发生率（2.0%）,明显低于缩宫素组（12.2%）,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05或〈0.01）。结论米索前列醇直肠给药用于预防剖宫产产后出血疗效肯定,不良反应少,第三产程短,疗效优于缩宫素,值得临床进一步研究推广。

Clinical analysis of Misoprostol in the prevention of cesarean section postpartum hemorrhage

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of misoprostol in the prevention of cesarean section postpartum hemorrhage.Methods 98 cases of cesarean section were divided into misoprostol and oxytocin group respectively and treated with misoprostol and oxytocin,the blood loss of two groups was observed.Results 2h and 24h internal bleeding in the misoprostol group were significantly less than the oxytocin group;postpartum hemorrhage rate was 2.0%,significantly lower than oxytocin group（10.2%）;the time of third stage of labor（3.6±1.5min）was significantly shorter than the oxytocin group（6.0±2.2min）,the incidence of adverse reactions（2%）less than oxytocin group（12.2%）,the differences were statistically significant（P＆lt;0.05 or 0.01）.Conclusion Using misoprostol in prevention of cesarean section postpartum hemorrhage had the advantages of curative effect,few adverse reactions,shorter third stage of labor,which was better than that of oxytocin and worthy of further research and promotion.
