咪唑安定、芬太尼和异丙酚用于结肠镜检查

摘    要:目的:在结肠镜检查中辅以良好的镇静和镇痛,减少患者的痛苦,提高检查成功率。方法:290例患者,随机分为MF(210例,咪唑安定和芬太尼静脉注射)和MP两组(80例,咪唑安定和异丙酚静脉注射),观察记录两组患者的血压、心率、血氧饱和度、操作时间、苏醒时间和不良反应。结果:两组患者给药后血压、心率和血氧饱和度均有不同程度的下降,但在正常范围内;两组检查顺利完成,操作时间无差异,MP组的苏醒时间短于MF组,两组不良反应均较轻微。结论:咪唑安定和芬太尼或咪唑安定和异丙酚均可安全有效地用于结肠镜检查,明显地减轻了患者的痛苦。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the effect of intravenous anaesthesia administration for colonoscopy to imtprove the manipulation and eliminate patiem's fear.Methods:Two handred and ninty patients were randomly divided into Group MF(n=210 intravenous infusion of midazolam and fentanyl) and Group MP(n=80 intravenous infusion of midazolam and propofol).Blood pressure(BP),heart rate(HR),pulse oxygen saturation(SpO 2),operative time,palinesthesia time and adverse reaction were recorded and analysed.Results:BP, HR and SpO 2 in two groups decreased rapidly just after intravenous administration.All operations in two groups were completed successfully, no significant changes occurred in the operation time between two groups. Palinesthesia time in Group MP was obviously shorter than those in Group MF( P <0.05).The rate of adverse reaction all over the patients was very low.Conclusion:With intravenous use of midazolam, fentanyl and propofol.Colonoscopy can be achieved effectively, painlessly and safely.
