| 摘 要： | 北京市农村基层严重缺乏合格的实用型医学人才，医疗卫生专业队伍老化，专业技术人员继续教育渠道不畅，人才流失严重。深化教学模式的改革，建立面向京郊农村贫困地区定向招生、定向培养的长效机制和积极筹建高水准、巩固的农村医疗卫生人才培训基地是在短时期内解决农村医疗卫生人才匮乏的有效途径。
