骨髓增生异常综合征骨髓双核粒细胞的观察

目的 分析骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)中双核粒细胞的检出率及其与急性白血病的关系。方法 用镜检68例初诊MDS患者骨髓片中双核粒细胞的形态和数量。结果 MDS的双核粒细胞平均阳性率为40％，其中RA低，CMML、RAEB和t-RAEB高，且双核粒细胞增多者，其转化为白血病的病例多。结论 观察双核粒细胞有助于MDS亚型的鉴别，并有助于判断转白高低的意义。

Observation of binucleated granuocyte in 68 cases of myelodysplastic syndrome patients

Objective To investigate the relation between binucleated granuocyte in myelodysplastic syndrome and acute leukemia.Methods Checking 68 cases first visited myelodysplastic syndrome patients binucleated granuocyte morphology and quantity in smear by microscope.Results The binucleated granuocyte average positive rate were 40%, amog them,RA were low ,CMML.RAEB and t-RAEB were high. The ratioes of change to acute leukemia were raising if binucleated granuocyte raising.Conclusion Observation of binucleated granuocyte in myelodysplastic syndrome will help us to discriminate sub-types,to judge the degree of changeable possibility .
