肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的CT诊断——附22例报告分析

目的 :探讨肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的CT诊断价值。方法 :选择 2 2例 (男 13例 ,女 9例 ,年龄 2 2～ 63岁 ,平均 5 0 4岁 )经手术和病理证实的肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤 ,所有病例均行CT平扫和增强扫描 ,部分病例行薄层扫描。结果 :肿瘤以单发多见 ,大小不等 ,大多数为边界清楚的圆形肿块 ,密度不均 ,CT值为 - 118～ 4 0hu ,实性部分有强化。结论 :脂肪是诊断肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤最重要的依据之一

CT Diagnosis of renal Angiomyolipoma 22 cases report

Objective To investigate the value of CT in the diagnosis of the renal angiomyolipoma.Methods and Materials Pre and post enhanced CT scan were both performed on 22 patients with renal angiomyolipoma(13 males and 9 females aging from 22 to 63 years,with mean age 50 4),the thin thickness scan were done by the part of them.All cases were verified by operation and pathology.Results CT demonstrated that renal angiomyolipoma were mainly singlefocal,the size were difered with each other,the most of them demonstrated the border clearly and round mass,varied density,the CT value from 118 hu to 40 hu,the solid portion of the usually enhanced homogeneously.Conclusion The most important foundation is the fat during diagnosing the renal angiomyolipoma.
