| 摘 要： | 15例垂体腺瘤采用经口鼻蝶窦入路,结合X线电视控制及显微手术治疗,无1例死亡,随访结果良好。本技术具有以下优点:①经颅外入路很快达到蝶鞍;②无须颅内手术操作,方法完全;③无可见的手术瘢痕,病人对手术有良好耐受性。

| Abstract: | 15 patients with pituitary adenomas were treated by surgical tran-soronasosphenoidal approach. This approach to the sella turcica combined use of televised radiofluoroscopic control and removed tumor by microsurgical techniques of dissection. There are no mortality in this group and results are very good in follow-up. Continued experience and progressive improvement have resulted in the achievement of this technique that offers these advantages: 1) rapid access to the sella turcica through an extracranial route; 2) a safe operation without manipulation of intracranial structures; 3) the patients will be relatively well-tolerated with it and have no visible surgical scaring. |
