重症监护室危重患者家属需求的调查与分析

目的了解重症监护室患者家属的需求，为临床护理工作提供依据。方法采用Molter的“急危重患者家庭需要量表”中文版，对47例ICU患者的家属进行调查。结果患者家属认为最需要的项目是了解患者的治疗与预后、知晓患者病情变化等，认为最不需要的项目是与自身有关的需求；人口学分析结果显示，部分需要与患者家属的年龄、性别、文化水平和人均月收入有关。结论ICU护士必须正确认识患者家属的需要，根据其性别、年龄、文化水平和家庭收入等因素满足患者家庭需要，以帮助其应对家庭危机状态。

Investigation and analysis on family members' demands of ICU critical patients

Objective To understand the family members' demands of ICU critical patients so as to provide evidences for clinical nursing work. Methods Family members of 47 ICU patients were surveyed using the Chinese version of Molter' s critical care family needs inventory. Results The family members of patients thought that the most needed items were knowing the therapy and prognosis of patients and obtaining the changes of patients' diseases, and the most needless items were the demands associated with oneself. The analysis results of demology showed that partial demands were related with the age, sex, education level and average monthly income per parson. Conclusions ICU nurses must rightly understand the family members' demands of patients, then meet their demands according to the factors including age, sex, ducation level and family income so as to help them cope the state of family crisis.
