比色法测定菌核侧耳中三萜类成分的含量

摘    要:目的对菌核侧耳中的三萜类成分进行含量测定。方法采用比色法,测定了菌核侧耳菌丝体和子实体三萜类化合物的含量,还优选了其显色条件,5%香草醛-冰醋酸最佳用量为0.2 m l,高氯酸最佳用量为1 m l。结果菌核侧耳子实体总三萜含量为1.16%,菌丝体为1.31%,RSD为1.05%。结论该方法简便、迅速可靠。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo determine the content of triterpenoids from mycelial and fruit body of Pleurotus tuber-regium(Fr.) Sing were determined by colorimetry.MethodsThe optimum volume of 5% vanillin-glacial acetic acid was 0.2 ml,and perchloric acid was 1 ml.ResultsThe results shaved triterpenoids composition of fruit body is 1.16%,the mycelium was 1.31%,RSD was 1.05%.ConclusionThis method is simple and convenient,fast and reliable.The Color Conditions were optimized.
