奥拉西坦注射液联合脑心通胶囊治疗脑出血疗效观察

目的:观察奥拉西坦注射液联合脑心通胶囊治疗脑出血的临床疗效。方法:将84例脑出血患者随机分为2组各42例,对照组进行常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用奥拉西坦注射液及脑心通胶囊,观察临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:2组经治疗后,症状明显改善,总有效率对照组为40.5%,治疗组为69.0%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P0.05);治疗组血肿体积变化和神经功能缺损评分较对照组有显著差异(P0.05);2组均未发生严重的不良反应。结论:奥拉西坦注射液联合脑心通胶囊用于治疗脑出血,可促进血肿吸收及神经功能恢复,疗效确切、恢复快速、不良反应少,值得推广应用。

Clinical Observation of Oxiracetam Injection Combined with Naoxintong Capsule for Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage

Objective： To explore the effect of oxiracetam injection combined with Naoxintong capsule for the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage. Method： Eighty-four cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients were equatly randomized into control group and treatment group. Patients in both groups were given routine therapy, and the treatment group was treated with oxiracetam injection combined with Naoxintong capsules additionally. Clinical efficacy and adverse events were observed. Results： The total effective rate was 69.0% in the treatment group, and was 40.5% in the control group, the difference being significant （P 〈 0.05）. The differences of hematoma volume and neurological deficit scores were significant between the two groups（P 〈 0.05）. No serious adverse reaction was found in both groups. Conclusion： Oxiracetam injection combined with Naoxintong capsule is effective and safe for the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage by promoting the absorption of hematoma and the recovery of nerve function rapidly.
