中西医结合治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成临床观察

目的:观察中西医结合治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床疗效。方法:将80例下肢深静脉血栓形成患者按照随机分配原则分为2组各40例,对照组采取西医治疗,治疗组在西医治疗的基础上口服中药治疗,比较2组的临床疗效,观察患者的下肢周径差。结果:临床疗效总有效率对照组为65.0%,治疗组为92.5%,2组总有效率比较,差异有显著性意义(P0.05)。治疗组髌骨上15 cm的周径差、髌骨下15 cm的周径差分别与对照组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P0.05)。结论:下肢深静脉血栓形成患者早期应用中西医结合治疗,能够显著改善临床症状,疗效明显,值得推广。

Clinical Observation of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Therapy in Treating Acute Lower Limb Deep Venous Thrombosis

Objective： To increase the clinical cure rate of acute lower limb deep venous thrombosis, and to compare the therapeutic effect of western medicine with that of integrated Chinese and western medicine. Methods： Eighty patients with lower limb deep venous thrombosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was treated with western medicine, and the treatment group was treated with integrated Chinese and western medicine. Clinical effect and the difference of perimeter of lower limb were observed. Results： The total effective rate was 92.5% in the treatment group, and was 65.0% in the control group, the difference being significant（P 〈 0.05）. The perimeter difference of the lower limb 15 cm upper from the patella differed from that 15 cm lower from the patella in the treatment group, the difference being significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Early application of integrated Chinese and western medicine is effective for the treatment of patients with acute lower limp deep venous thrombosis, which not only can increase the cure rate, but also can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms of patients.
