房室结动脉的形态特征及其与房室结的解剖关系

摘    要:为探讨房室结动脉(AVNA)的形态特征及其与房室结的解剖关系,对100例患者冠状动脉造影时分别在左前斜位60°和右前斜位30°观察AVNA的解剖学形态。结果:93例患者观察到了清晰的AVNA;AVNA的直径为0.6±0.2mm,AVNA的长度、直径与右冠状动脉的直径不成正比;68%的患者AVNA指向快径区、32%指向慢径区。观察结果提示AVNA直径比较细小、形态变异度大;对房室结的解剖学慢径区域进行射频消融时,有可能损伤AVNA,从而造成Ⅲ度房室阻滞。

Anatomic Characteristics of Atrioventricular Nodal Artery and Its RelationWith Atrioventricular Node
Abstract:In order to study anatomic characteristics of atrioventricular nodal artery (AVNA) and its relation with atrioventricular node,100 patients,male 67 cases and female 33 cases were observed at LAO 60 ° and RAO 30 ° during right coronary artery angiography.Results:AVNA was found in 93 cases and the diameter of AVNA was 0.6±0.2 mm.Its length and diameter were not proportional to diameter of right coronary artery.The end of AVNA in 68% patients was located in the area of fast pathway,and 32% patients in slow pathway area.These suggest that anatomic characteristics of AVNA are slender in diameter as well as variation in greathly and it is possible to damage AVNA in ablation for atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia.
