感冒胶囊及所含中、西药组分药效学比较研究

目的：观察并比较感冒胶囊原剂型及该药组方中所含中药、西药组分的解热、镇痛、抗炎作用。方法：①通过对醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应，观察镇痛作用；②通过对二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀，观察抗炎作用；③通过酵母致热大鼠体温，观察解热效果。结果：感冒胶囊0．45及0．225g/kg剂量组、中药组分0．3及0．15g/kg剂量组、西药组分0．15及0．075g/kg剂量组连续给药3d可明显抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀；感冒胶囊0．45g／kg及西药组分0．15g／kg，可明显减少醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应次数；感冒胶囊0．45和0．225g／kg剂量组、西药组分0．15和0．075g／kg剂量组，具有明显抑制酵母所致的大鼠体温升高作用，两高剂量组降温作用可持续至4h，两低剂量组持续2h，具有明显的量效关系，中药组分也表现出抑制酵母致热大鼠体温升高的作用趋势。结论：感冒胶囊具有明显的解热、镇痛、抗炎的药理作用。在该组方中，西药组分起主要作用，中药组分表现协同作用。

Pharmacodynamic comparison between Coidrex Capsule and its components both from traditional Chinese medicines and from western medicines

Objective： To investigate the antipyretic, analgesic and anti - inflammatory effects of the Coldrex Capsule and its components from the traditional Chinese medicines and from western medicines. Methods： The analgesic effects were evaluated through the writhing response to acetic acid in the mice. The measurements of the p - xylene - induced swelling auricle of the mice were applied in the study of their anti - inflammatory effects. And finally, the antipyretic effects of the drugs were investigated by the alterations of yeast - induced body temperature of the rats. Results ： Significant inhibitions of auricle swelling of the mice were observed in the groups treated with 0.45 g/kg and 0.225 g/kg of Coldrex Capsule, 0.3 and 0.15 g/kg of traditional Chinese medicines and 0.15 mid 0. 075 g/kg of western medicines respectively for three days＇ consecutive dosing. The number of the writhing mice was remarkably decreased in 0.45 g/kg of Coldrex Capsule group and 0.15 g/kg of western medicine group. Febricant effect induced by yeast in the rats was significantly inhibited in groups recei - ving 0.45 and 0. 225 g/kg of Coldrex Capsule and 0.15 and 0.075 g/kg of the western medicine components respectively for three days ＇ dosing. The cryogenic effect lasted 4 hours in the high dosage group, and 2 hours in the low dosage group, indicating a significant dose -effect relationship. The part of traditional Chinese medicines also showed a tendency to reduce the body temperature of the rats elevated by yeast. Conlusion： Coldrex Capsules have obvious anti - pyretic, analgesic and anti - inflammatory pharmacological effects. The western medicines in the formula play a major role for the action of the capsule while the traditional Chinese medicines an auxiliary part in the action.
