酒依赖患者多导睡眠图及交感神经皮肤反应检测的临床价值

目的探讨多导睡眠图(PSG)及交感神经皮肤反应(SSR)测定对酒依赖(AD)患者的临床价值。方法对63例AD患者(AD组)和60例正常健康者(对照组)分别进行PSG和SSR测定,并将结果加以比较及相关分析。结果 AD组患者PSG测定中总睡眠时间(TST)、睡眠潜伏期(SL)、深睡眠、觉醒次数(AN)、快眼动睡眠潜伏期(RL)等指标和对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);AD组患者中SSR测定波潜伏期较对照组延长,波幅降低,其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。相关分析结果表明,AD患者PSG测定中的TST、深睡眠和RL等指标与SSR波潜伏期呈显著负相关(r=-0.43、-0.45、-0.51,P<0.01),与SSR波幅呈显著正相关(r=0.42、0.41、0.49,P<0.01);PSG测定中SL、AN指标与SSR波潜伏期呈显著正相关(r=0.40、0.48,P<0.01),与SSR波幅呈显著负相关(r=-0.43、-0.39,P<0.01)。结论 AD患者PSG与SSR检测证实其存在较明显的睡眠及自主神经功能障碍,且二者存在一定的联系。

Clinical value of polysomnogram and sympathetic skin response detection in patients with alcohol dependence

Objective To explore the clinical value of polysomnography（PSG） and sympathetic skin response（SSR） detection in patients with alcohol dependence（AD）.Methods PSG and SSR test were performed in sixty-three AD patients（AD group） and sixty normal healthy peoples（control group）,and the results were compared between the two groups.Results There were statistic difference of the total sleep time（TST）,sleep latency（SL）,deep sleep,awareness number（AN） and rapid eye movement latency（RL） between the two groups（P 〈0.01）.Compared with control group,the latency of SSR was significantly longer and amplitude was significantly lower in AD group（P 〈0.01）.Correlation analysis showed that the TST,deep sleep,RL of PSG were negative correlation with latency of SSR test（r =-0.43,-0.45,-0.51,P 〈0.01）,and were positive correlation with amplitude of SSR test in AD group（r = 0.42,0.41,0.49,P 〈0.01）.The AN,SL of PSG were positive correlation with the latency of SSR test（r = 0.40,0.48,P 〈0.01）,and were negative correlation with the amplitude of SSR test in AD group（r =-0.43,-0.39,P 〈0.01）.Conclusion AD patients have remarkable sleep and autonomic nerve dysfunction,and there is a relationship between sleep and autonomic nerve function in AD patients.
