江苏省沿江血吸虫病传播风险监测预警指标体系研究

摘    要:目的构建江苏省沿江血吸虫病传播风险监测预警系统,以加强沿江地区的血吸虫病控制。方法采用专家咨询及多维综合评价等方法,以江苏省沿江滩块为单位建立血吸虫病传播风险监测预警指标体系,并以镇江扬中–常州新北段江滩为试验区,建立血吸虫病传播风险监测预警数据库,计算获取各滩块血吸虫病传播风险指数,据此进行风险预警分级;采用Google Earth制作江滩血吸虫病传播风险预警地图。结果初步建立了江苏省沿江血吸虫病传播风险监测预警指标体系,其中一级指标3项、二级指标12项、三级指标48项。调查镇江扬中至常州新北段江滩96块,有6个滩块风险指数≥2.0,有10个滩块风险指数≥1.5但<2.0,有26个滩块风险指数≥0.9但<1.5,其余均<0.9。分别以红色、橙色、黄色、白色标示不同风险指数等级,并制作血吸虫病传播风险预警地图,其中红色和橙色均含有感染性钉螺、疫水阳性等高风险指标。结论建立的血吸虫病传播风险监测预警指标体系可以提供分级预警管理,也为血吸虫病传播风险监测预警系统建设打下了良好基础。

Abstract:Objective To create a surveillance and warning system to indicate the risk of schistosomiasis transmission in order to enhance schistosomiasis control along the Yangtze River. Methods Experts were consulted and a multi-faceted comprehensive assessment was performed.A system of surveillance and warning indicators indicating the risk of schistosomiasis transmission was created for the marshland along the Yangtze River.The test area consisted of marshland along the Yangtze River in Yangzhong County,Zhengjiang and Xinbei districts,and the City of Changzhou.A surveillance and warning database indicating the risk of schistosomiasis transmission was created for the test area.An index of the risk of schistosomiasis transmission was calculated for marshland in the test area.A risk warning level was determined based on these calculations.A map to warn of the risk of schistosomiasis transmission was created using Google Earth. ResultsA system of surveillance and warning indicators was created to indicate the risk of schistosomiasis transmission along the Yangtze River in Jiangsu Province.There were 3level one warnings,12 level two warnings,and 48 level three warnings.Ninety-six marshland areas along the Yangtze River in Yangzhong County,Zhengjiang and Xinbei districts,and the City of Changzhou were studied.Six marsh areas had a risk index≥2.0,10 marsh areas had a risk index〉1.5and〈2.0,and 26 marsh areas had a risk index〉0.9and〈1.5;the remainder has a risk index〈0.9.Different risk warning levels were marked in red,orange,yellow,and white.A map to warn of the risk of schistosomiasis transmission was created using Google Earth.Red and orange on the map indicated a high risk of transmission because of aspects such as infected snails and water containing schistosomes. Conclusion A system of surveillance and warning indicators was created to indicate the risk of schistosomiasis transmission,and this system facilitates management of different warning levels.The creation of a system of surveillance and warning indicator
