河北省B群脑膜炎奈瑟菌药物敏感性及分子分型分析

摘    要:目的了解河北省分离的9株B群脑膜炎奈瑟菌(Neisseriameningitides,Nm)的药物敏感性及分子流行病学特征。方法对分离菌株进行E—test法药物敏感性试验和多位点序列分型(MultilocusSequenceTyping,MLST)分析。结果药敏试验显示,9株B群Nm均对磺胺类抗生素耐药;6株分离自健康人的Nm中2株对喹诺酮类抗生素耐药;3株分离自流脑病人的Nm中的2株菌株对喹诺酮类抗生素耐药,且对青霉素类抗生素的敏感性降低。显示9株Nm菌株中的6株属于ST-4821克隆群,1株属于ST-175克隆群,2株无相应的克隆群。结论高致病性ST-4821已成为河北省B群Nrn的优势克隆群,提示应加强流脑的病原学监测。

Abstract:Objective To study the characteristics of drug susceptibility and molecular typing of 9 Neisseria meningiti- des serogroup B strains isolated in Hebei Province. Methods Isolates were subjected to a drug susceptibility test using the E-test method and multilocus sequence typing (MLST) was performed based on 7 house-keeping genes. Results Drug susceptibility testing indicated that the 9 N. meningitides serogroup B strains were resistant to sulfa antibiotics; 2 i- solates from healthy carriers were resistant to quinolone antibiotics and 2 isolates from patients were resistant to quinolone antibiotics and had reduced susceptibility to benzylpenicillin antibiotics. Six strains belonged to the ST-4821 clonal com- plex while 1 strain belonged to the ST-175 elonal complex. There was no corresponding clonal complex for the remaining 2 strains. Conclusion The ST 4821 clonal complex is highly pathogenic and has become the predominant clonal complex in Hebei Province. This indicates that monitoring of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis should be enhanced.
