糖尿病患者血液流变性的改变及其临床意义

本文报告50例糖尿病患者血液流变学及血脂生化指标的检测结果，同时检查了部分病例的血小板伸展功能。检测发现，糖尿病患者血液流变性明显异常，全血及血浆粘度增高、血沉增快、纤维蛋白原含量增加、血小板粘附率升高。电镜下血小板伸展分型改变，血小板表面活性与聚集性增高。血脂生化指标亦高于正常。根据检测结果，对糖尿病血液流变性异常的机理及临床意义作了初步探讨。

HEMORHEOLOGICAL CHANGES AND THEIR CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE IN PATIENTS WITH DIABETES DISEASE

The results of examination on hemorheology and blood lipids in 50 cases with diabetes disease were presented. The spreading function of platelet of some cases from 50 cases were examined by electron microscope. Examination findings indicate that hemorheolo-gy in patients with diabetes was marked abnormal, blood and plasma viscosity was increase. erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) was fast and fibrinogen in plasma was increase. The adherent rate of platelet was also increase. The fasting blood sugar. cholesterol, triglyceride and B - lipoprotein were increaser than control group. Electron microscopic observation showed that spreading types of platelet were change. The surface activity and aggregation of platelet were increase in patients with diabetes. In terms of examination results, the mechanism of hemorheological changes in diabetes disease and its clinical meaning were discussed. It is important to reduce high-viscosity and to prevent thrombosis in the treatment of diabetes disease.
