摘    要:目的:探讨早期血管重建与骨折愈合的关系,为临床治疗骨折愈合及骨不连提供理论依据。方法:选择成龄Wistar大鼠,于右侧胫骨中段闭合性骨折,按观察时间分为四组(12h、24h、48h、72h)。采用血管标记物一层粘蛋白,用免疫组化结合超微结构观察骨折区血管重建。结果:骨折区随时间延长有大量血管增殖,以48h明显,成骨也随血管增殖逐渐显著。结论:骨折早期血管增殖对成骨活动具有重大影响。提示早期应用血管刺激因子可能加快骨折愈合。

Abstract:Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between angiogenesis and bone healing in the early stage.Methods Immunohistochemistry and transmission microscope,laminin was used as a vascular marker,the fracture time:12h,24h,48h,72h.Results There were many veseks in the fracture region,the vessels proliferated evidently at 48h,with the vessels proliferating,osteogenesis was more prominent.Conclusion The angiogenesis at early stage could make more influences on osteogenesis.The vascular EC might be a major member on the course of fracture healing.
