营养教育对农村学前儿童母亲营养知识、态度、行为改变的影响

对297名农村学龄前儿童的母亲进行为期1年的营养教育,试验组1采用综合教育途径,试验组2仅采用大众传播媒介途径。通过测试儿童母亲于试验前后营养知识、态度及行为的变化,对教育效果进行评价。结果表明:与对照组相比,各试验组母亲的营养知识均有明显提高,提高幅度与母亲的文化程度有关,试验组1希望种大豆和绿色蔬菜的人数,绿色蔬菜种植面积、小儿热能摄入量明显提高,部分年龄组儿童蛋白质的摄入量也有明显提高。试验组2只在态度指标有明显提高,而在行为方面无改变。

EFFECT OF NUFRITIONAL EDUCATION ON CHANGING NUTRIENT KNOWLEDGE ATTITUDE AND BEHAVIOR FOR MOTHERS OF PRESCHOOLER IN RURAL AREAS

Nutritional education of 297 mothers of rural preschooler have been down for one year. Groups using comprehensive education, education through mass media and no any education were the experimental group 1,2 and control group (G1.G2 and cG)respec-tively. To compare changes before and after experiments about nutrient knowledge. attitude and behavior of mothers we assessed the educational effect. Results showed that comparing, with control group the nutrient knowledge of mothers both G1 and G2 was arised, the lever ot arised nutrient knowledge related to maeernal culture lever. It is great increasing that the number of mother who want to plan soybean and green vegetables ,to plan area of green vegetables,number of child absorbing energy in all of G1 ;and number of child absorbing protein in part of G1 ; Only the index of nurient attitude in G2. Nufrient behavior was not changed in G2.
