常州市流动儿童家长健康素养状况及相关因素分析

目的调查常州市流动儿童家长健康素养状况,对相关因素进行分析,为健康教育干预提供方向和依据。方法从流动人口学校抽取916位学生家长进行面对面的问卷调查。结果流动儿童家长健康素养水平为8.19%,知识知晓率为59.32%,低于江苏省人群的平均水平;文化程度、生活状态、工作状态和社会支持与健康素养知识知晓呈正相关。结论流动儿童家长的健康素养水平偏低,应根据相关因素采取相应的健康教育综合干预措施。

Health literacy status and correlative factor analysis on parents of the floating children in Changzhou

Objective To know about health literacy status of parients of floating children in Changzhou and correlative factors were analyzed,so as to provide a basis of intervention.Methods A face to face questionnaire survey was conducted for 916 parients of students,who were selected from migrant population schools.Results It was found that health literacy level was 8.19%,knowing knowledge rate was 59.32%.It was shown that literacy level was lower than the level of Jiangsu Province on an average;the educational background,the living conditions,the working status and the social support existed a positive correlation with the knowing of health literacy knowledge.Conclusion The parents of the floating children were lack of health literacy.Therefore,the corresponding comprehensive interventional measures should be carried out in terms of the influence factors of health education.
