摘    要: 目的 研究肉苁蓉(Cistanche deserticola Y. C. Ma)的化学成分。方法 采用多种色谱方法进行分离,利用光谱数据结合理化分析进行结构鉴定。结果 从肉苁蓉干燥肉质茎70%乙醇提取物中,分离鉴定了17个化合物。分别为毛蕊花糖苷(1)、2′-乙酰基毛蕊花糖苷 (2)、肉苁蓉苷C (3)、肉苁蓉苷D(4)、异毛蕊花糖苷(5)、管花苷B(6)、管花苷E(7)、盐生肉苁蓉苷D(8)、盐生肉苁蓉苷E (9)、plantainoside C (10)、osmanthuside B6 (Z/E) (11a/b)、松果菊苷(12)、8-表马钱子酸(13) 和京尼平苷(14)、ononin(15)、尿囊素(16)和半乳糖醇(17)。结论 化合物10、11a/b和15为首次从本属植物中分离得到。化合物7~9为首次从本种植物中分离得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Cistanche deserticola Y. C. Ma. METHODS Isolations were performed by various chromatographic techniques, and structure elucidations were aided by the spectral data and physico-chemical analyses. RESULTS Seventeen compounds were isolated from the dried stems of C. deserticola. Their structures were identified as acteoside (1), 2′-acetylacteoside (2), cistanoside C (3), cistanoside D (4), isoacteoside (5), tubuloside B (6), tubuloside E (7), salsaside D (8), salsaside E (9), plantainoside C (10), osmanthuside B6 (Z/E) (11a/b), echinacoside (12), 8-epiloganic acid (13), geniposide (14), ononin (15), allantoin (16) and galactitol (17). CONCLUSION Compounds 10、11a/b and 15 were isolated for the first time from this genus plant, and compounds 7-9 were isolated from the title plant for the first time.
