纳米银的制备与表征

摘    要: 目的 制备粒径小、性质稳定、抗菌活性强的纳米银。方法 化学合成法制备纳米银,以超滤法将反应体系中的杂质除去得高纯度的纳米银。以紫外分光光度计、透射电子显微镜、激光纳米粒度测定仪对其进行理化表征。结果 制备出的纳米银平均粒径为18.29 nm,分布窄;表面带负电荷,平均表面Zeta电位为-36.5 mV;性质稳定,抗菌活性强。结论 实验结果表明,本方法可以制备出优良的纳米银。
