纳米银的制备与表征

 目的 制备粒径小、性质稳定、抗菌活性强的纳米银。方法 化学合成法制备纳米银，以超滤法将反应体系中的杂质除去得高纯度的纳米银。以紫外分光光度计、透射电子显微镜、激光纳米粒度测定仪对其进行理化表征。结果 制备出的纳米银平均粒径为18.29 nm，分布窄；表面带负电荷，平均表面Zeta电位为-36.5 mV；性质稳定，抗菌活性强。结论 实验结果表明，本方法可以制备出优良的纳米银。
