| 摘 要： | 目的:了解我市药品不良反应的发生特点及药品不良反应报告中存在的问题,促进临床合理用药,提高药品不良反应监测工作质量。方法:利用Excel软件对收集的药品不良反应报告病例的性别、年龄、涉及的药品种类、药品不良反应临床表现、报告人职业等进行分类统计。结果:由抗菌药和注射途径给药引起的药品不良反应所占比例最高,药品不良反应损伤的器官或系统以皮肤及其附件最为常见,药品不良反应报告质量、数量需提高。结论:应进一步加强药品不良反应的监测和宣传工作,减少或避免药品不良反应发生。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the features of adverse drug reactions (ADR) and the problems existing in ADR reports in our city in order to promote the rationality of clinical drug use and to improve the quality of ADR inspection work.Method:The excel software was used to sort and sum the sex and age of patients,involved drug category,clinical manifestations of ADR and reporter's profession of the collected ADR report cases.Result:The proportion induced by anti- bacterials and injection drugs was the highest,the ADR damaged apparatus/system,cutis and its accessories were the com- monest,and the improvement in quality and quantity of ADR report was required.Conclusion:ADR inspection and publi- cation should be more reinforced to decrease or avoid the occurrence of ADR cases. |
