加速康复外科用于椎体骨质疏松性压缩骨折经皮椎体后凸成形术患者围术期护理的可行性研究

目的观察加速康复外科理念用于椎体骨质疏松性压缩骨折行经皮椎体后凸成形术患者围手术期护理的可行性。方法将120例患者按医疗组分组,分为观察组60例、对照组60例,观察组应用加速康复外科理念行护理干预,对照组采用常规护理;比较两组治疗效果、术后并发症、住院天数、住院费用及围术期护理工作量。结果两组患者治疗效果比较无统计学意义;患者住院天数、住院费用观察组少于对照组,两组比较有统计学意义;观察组围术期肠道准备、心电监护、排尿护理、生活护理、皮肤护理等护理工作时间少于对照组。结论椎体骨质疏松性压缩骨折经皮椎体后凸成形术患者可应用加速康复外科理念行围手术期护理。

Feasibility study on fast track surgery applied patients undergoing kyphoplasty

Objective To observe the feasibility of fast track surgery applied in perioperative nursing care for vertebral osteoporotic compressive fractures patients undergoing kyphoplasty. Method Divide 120 patients into observation group and control group equally by medical group. Patients in observation group receive nursing intervention by fast track surgery. Patients in control group receive routine nursing intervention. Compare treatment effect, post--operative complications, hospitalization days, hospitalization cost and workload of perioperative nursing care between two groups. Result There is no significant difference on treatment effect between two groups. Hospitalization days and cost are less in observation group than in control group. The difference is significant. Workload of bowel preparation, ECG monitoring, urinary elimination, basic living nursing and skin nursing are less in observation group than in control group. Conclusion Fast track surgery can be applied in perioperative nursing care for vertebral osteoporotic compressive fractures patients undergoing kyphoplasty.
